DESCRIPTION
An exploration of the influence of technology in visual communication, from the days of the letterpress to the Internet era. Focusing on errors and misconceptions from developing technologies, 83M80 preserves these aesthetic cues by representing them in a movable typeface.
CLIENT
Metal cast movable typeface, with 10 different styles. Whole set is +400 characters, contained in a custom built letterpress case, built from vintage Hamilton cases.
